# LABEL #
It is curious to find a label representing an engraving of 1500, signed Albrecht Durer, on a wine bottle of Trentino region: it doesn’t just happen… That’s right: what lies behind the choice of Mario Pojer and Fiorentino Sandri, the two founders of their Trentino winery which was born in 1975 from a dream of 2 hectares and quickly transformed into an innovative and experimental reality of 30 hectares, is part of the search for uniqueness and purity that characterizes the mission of this brave dual partnership. The bagpipe player, an engraving realized by the greatest exponent of the German Renaissance who made many trips to Italy (and passed through Faedo, the home town of Pajer and Sandri winery), is peculiar and extremely detailed: actually forty years ago, it fascinated American winelovers who immediately wanted it on their tables, just over a year after the launch of the first bottles of Pojer and Sandri winery on the market.

The Nosiola of Pojer and Sandri is unique: thanks to the washing process of the grapes and the use of nitrogen and carbon dioxide as inert gases to avoid oxidation and obtain the maximum natural and aromatic contribution of the grapes, this autochthonous vine from Trentino area gives characteristic notes of terroir as apple and white flowers as well as the typical taste of hazelnut and bitter almond that persists, very long. Quite fresh and savory, it invites to a pleasant drink accompanied by fresh cheeses or vegetable dishes.
