A book masterpiece, a wine masterpiece. A book that needs no introduction, a wine that has a lot to say. Both French masterpieces, both appreciated and known all over the world.

What led me to this combination? In one word: sweetness. Sweetness is the key element that connects the poetic and touching story of the little prince and his rose, to this golden yellow nectar whose every sip makes you dream. The trio Semillon-Sauvignon-Muscadelle 2015 du Château de Rieussec, which is part of the Demains Barons de Rothschild Lafite, will delight you: it has an extremely delicate perfume, not too austere as the passito wines are in general, but definitely harmonious in its hints of dried fruit, apricot, saffron and pastry. Soft in the mouth, extremely persistent; excellent with desserts, superb with blue cheeses.

And just savoring this Sauternes that I leave you with one of the many unforgettable quotes:
C’est le temps que tu as perdu pour ta rose qui fait ta rose si importante.
